I have purchased these many times, and this was the first time a disk failed right out of the 'box'. However, 1 in 100 is not a bad record.

Very nice printer. Setup instructions lacking.

This is a nice printer. I found the setup instructions a bit lacking in clarity for wireless connections. I did have some confusion scanning, but once the scan wizard started on the PC, it was the same as my other printer. It could be a little more clear as to where to start the scan from, printer or PC. I'm not sure which worked.
