Be Prepared to Return It

This was a totally unnecessary accessory. The installers didn't use it, stated that they rarely end up using it, and they stated that I should return it. So I did. Something to be careful of: according to the Service Desk staff I spoke with when I returned it, the time-to-return clock starts when you order the delivery and not when it is delivered (even though you won't have possession of this item until delivery) so be quick about returning it if there's been a few weeks between when you ordered the delivery and when it was delivered. The dryer this went with was on back-order and so there was nearly a month between ordering and returning this (which would have been problematic for anyone not an Elite Plus MyBestBuy member I have a feeling).

1. This washing machine is efficient -- just by look it uses less water than the one it replaced (that was 20+ years old). The functional efficiency is also great -- it has all of the necessary cycles and can handle a bed-spread.

Cancel signal tones
Is it possible to cancel or silence the signal tones?
Yes. Hit and hold the "Temp" (temperature) button until the icon lights up in red showing that the sound is off. You'll see a "*Sound" label underneath this button to indicate that it controls the signal tones when pressed and held. This setting (silence or tones) will be maintained even if you turn off the washer.
