For years, I have had to micro-manage my washing machine to keep water from overflowing the down pipe each time the washer drained -- but no more! This washer has given me a no-worry washing experience once again!
True, I still have things to learn about choosing the best cycle for the job; I have to learn how to balance the heavier clothes to make the spin function at its best-- but that happens with any new machine. The automatic water-selection "sensing" feature is amazing!
To put it simply -- I love my new washer!

We missed this film when it was in the theatres and were excited to see it at long last. And what a collection we found! Now we can watch this excellent film no matter where we are or what "tech" we have on hand.
The writers did a great job of integrating the characters and the world that we met in "Snow White and the Huntsman" into this film that is an amazing blend of a prequel and a sequel. We are so glad to have this film as part of our collection!

We were at Best Buy looking for films that we had not seen, and lucked into "The Legend of Tarzan" on sale! Missing this film at our local theatre had been frustrating -- Alexander Skarsgård has been a favorite actor ever since he played Eric Northman on "True Blood", and we are fans of Tarzan films. What is more, the film previews made this version look particularly interesting.
Interesting is an understatement! The film has all the romance typical to Tarzan stories with the added reality of Congolese colonial history. For some, learning about some of the European policies in the Congo of the 1800s may not enhance the story, but we are both students of history. Finding out about the real world into which a fictional character would have been born made this a much more amazing film!
We both grew up with the more naive Johnny Weissmuller and Gordon Scott films. While we loved those stories, and they ignited our interest in the stories of Edgar Rice Burroughs, this film made the character much more believable!
Added to a great film is a collection of wonderful Special Features. They are so amazing that we watched them all, and would watch them again!
The Blu-Ray, DVD, UltraViolet Digital HD package gives us the option to watch the film anywhere and everywhere. This film is worth owning!

Miss Peregrine's Home -- An Amazing Retreat!

When we purchased this film, we knew almost nothing about the story other than its cover art and its star -- Eva Green. It proved to be an amazing voyage into a world of magic based on inherited traits -- including being invisible, seeing invisible evil beings, and floating in the air. The film is a wonderful mixture of fantasmagorical and frightening! We enjoyed it a great deal -- and would give it a 5-star rating.
Added to the film are the wonderful "added attractions" -- explanations of the magic.
The final thing to make this a "5" is the combined packaging of DVD, BluRay, and Digital HD at a great price! No matter where we go, or what equipment we have available, we can take Miss Peregrine and her children along! We highly recommend this film set!
