So I was skeptical about the new HE Agitatorless washers. Read tons of horrible reviews. So happy I bought this. Cleans cloths perfectly. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Make sure it's level, dont over fill with soap. Yes loads take a bit longer but that's about it. Highly Recommend this washer if your looking to buy a new one
