It took less that 3 minutes to install. No power connections.
Just slide your FM radio from the dash, plug in the antenna connectors, slide it back and plug the wire into your Sirius unit.
Goodbye static and all intereference.

What's great about it: No More static, interference or changing FM freq when traveling
What's not so great: NONE
