I was unsure about purchasing a pc from cyberpower or anyone else builds gaming rigs.
I usually build my own but I don't have the time for all that now, so i took a chance with cyberpower and made sure I got warranty through best buy and not cyberpower.
Make sure you get bestbuy warranty because I have had friends and family have bad luck with cyberpower support, also cyber power makes you pay for shipping.
Just use best buy warranty atleast for a year because if cyberpower sends the rig broken best buy can repair right away and you don't have to hassle shipping it all the way to wherever cyber power is.

While I was very happy with the lap top itself, I was not happy with the monitor, I returned this item twice, first time was because there was defects in the monitor, best buy was great in replacing it right away after i explained the problem. On second try, I noticed hooking up the hdmi to a tv game me better quality in 1080p tv over the 4k monitor on the laptop, so why buy 4k laptop not worth it... I returned to a gaming rig at the same price. different strokes for different folks.
