Nothing wrong, but had to return it.

We purchased the dryer cord to go with our new electric dryer, but because we start the two units the cord was not long enough and we had to order a 10 foot cord online. Best Buy does not carry a longer dryer cord and the six foot one.

Hit or miss with install

We have purchased several appliances from Best Buy and Pacific sales. Some of our installation services have been great, and others have just been below average. Best Buy uses contracted labor for appliance installation delivery. The washer dryer delivery was on the below average side. After talking to the gentleman that coordinates the home deliveries, we were able to discuss our concerns with him, and he made things right for us.

I read a lot of reviews for several Samsung refrigerators before buying this model. I kept noticing the same complaints about their fridges. 1) the fridge is loud. Loud is subjective in that our old refrigerator was much louder than the Samsung. The only noise I hear is when the ice falls into the container. Since I no longer have to make ice the old fashioned way, this doesn't bother me.
2) the ice/water dispenser leaks. There is a small amount of leaking after dispensing crushed ice but that's because a little ice gets caught up inside the dispensary. As it melts, you get a little dripping.

I purchased this with the hopes of removing pet odor from my carpet. While the product is wet, it does a nice job of getting rid of the odor, however after it dries, the smell seems to come back. It does work well on removing the stain.
