the hose looks better, which is a clear indicator of much better performance than the standard rubber hoses, that tend to wear out
with little or no waning. one usually becomes aware of the need for a new hose when they find an unwelcomed flood in the laundry room

after loading my new washer, i returned to the basement to find out why it was so quiet. i thought it stopped running. to my surprise, it was still gong full steam ahead. it is by far the quietest washer I've owned in the 44 years I've owned my home. very quiet and very efficient..

just delivered today. washing machine seems stable when we try to move it but it really vibrates during the spin. Is this normal?
on occasion when the washer is over-loaded or the load has shifted, the machine may occasionally vibrate enough to cause some minimal movement. suggest you rearrange the laundry or perhaps make the wash load lighter.
