HENRY PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER is a chilling profile of a cold-blooded killer that, 30 years after it's historic festival premiere, has lost none of it's power to shock. The film, loosely based on a true story, has been hailed as one of the most disturbing and terrifying examinations of mass murderers ever filmed. Henry (Michael Rooker, The Walking Dead) is a psychopathic drifter who has coldly murdered a number of people for no particular reason and without any remorse.

No sophomore slump for director Fede Alvarez. After unleashing the reimagining of Evil Dead, he has returned with Don't Breathe. Saw this in the theatres and walked out with a smile on my face. I can't say enough about this film. I couldn't wait for it to be released on Blu-ray. Highly recommended!
The fifth installment of the inventive FX original horror anthology series American Horror Story centers around the mysterious Hotel Cortez in Los Angeles and its owner The Countess (Lady Gaga) and a suspected serial killer. American Horror Story: Hotel stars series regulars Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson, Wes Bentley, and Chloe Sevigny. All twelve episode of the critically acclaimed season are included in this release.

I've always enjoyed American Horror Story. Some of the seasons have been better than others. Hotel is unfortunately not one of their better seasons. It kept my attention partly because I wanted to see how they would end it. It had it's moments but as a whole, it was disappointing.
Zack Connors and Rachel Meadows were born with incredible psychokinetic capabilities. Having grown up during the 80's, The Mind's Eye is a good throwback. Brought back memories of how some films used to be. A lot of fun on a low budget. Definitely recommended!

I purchased this for a few reasons. One, the film rocks! Two, I only had the unrated version on DVD. It's nice having both the theatrical & unrated versions now. Added bonus is that they carried all of the special features over to the new edition. Highly recommended.

The Duke is really good. The liner notes tell the story of the inspiration for the song. It's a good read. The other unreleased track as well as the live tracks are worth it as well. Fans of LoG should definitely pick this up.

Hardwired is fantastic. I've always liked Metallica but I don't always like everything they release. They are one of the biggest bands on the planet so they can pretty much do whatever they want. The new double album is hands down one of the best things that they have done in years. The 3 disc set is definitely worth it!

Holidays is a collection of short stories dealing with the various holidays of the year. A few were pretty killer. A few were so so. I enjoy all kinds of horror so I will give just about anything a shot. Holidays is definitely worth a look.
