After only a couple times using my washing machine I noticed a small amount of water under it, then I felt around the head of the attachment and noticed it was wet. I unhooked the attachment and noticed that the rubber washer that was inside was already cracked......I took both attachments back to Best Buy and they replaced them with no issues. I've had the new attachments hooked up for about three weeks and no issues. So other than that little hiccup they have worked great.
