Canon EF-S 18~200mm f/3.5~5.6 IS Standard Zoom Lens: An ideal lens for everyday use, this versatile lens can capture a gorgeous sunset to a spectacular fireworks show. This zoom lens suppresses chromatic aberrations while retaining true colors. And with the image stabilization to help reduce motion blur, you get extremely sharp pictures.

Best all around lens for the money
By KKCNIck from montgomery, il
It is perfect for the family who needs to capture close Aswell as far shots. Pretty quick to focus. I have it on my canon eos 60d and used it on the rebel t2i. It was a huge upgrade for both. Picture quality is great and i used it in disney for 3k photo's with no need for a lens change.

80mm portraits
March 8, 2011
Even L glass takes better portraits at 80mm. Do a quick Google search on 200mm lenses and sweet spots! It's just the best place for the right DOF etc!

A great phone perfected
By Zepaw from Minneapolis
I've been a fan of the bigger sized phones for some time and Samsung has been paving the way in terms of quality large phones. I remember when I had the 4.5in screened Samsung Infuse and it was considered large. I've had a Note and Note 2 and loved both. Note 3 continues the tradition of keeping everything that worked, improving where needed, and adding features I wouldn't have even thought to ask. So many of the little annoyances I had with my Note 2 have been addressed. Its clear they put a lot of thought into finding out what people loved and wanted changed.
When I first held the phone I fell in love. The form factor is just great and the screen is a noticeable jump up. That's saying something when the Note 2 already had a stellar screen resolution. I don't feel the need to have this one in a case. The slippery back of the Note 2 required a case as I dropped it a couple times when holding it bare.
Rather than go on feature by feature I'll suffice to say everything feels like a great and noticeable improvement. S-pen, camera, screen, on and on its the phone I loved before but better in every way I could have asked for. I've tried dozens of smartphones over the past 5 years. The Note 2 was the first one I actually held onto for a year. I easily see myself holding onto the 3 that much or longer (depending on when they bring out a 4th ;) ).
I highly recommend this phone.

Fishy?
October 8, 2013
Why does this same review appear under both the black and white (sold out) models of the Galaxy Note 3? Shouldn't it be attached to only one or the other? Just an observation for consideration.

Great performance, no ability to control security
By cmccallan
In order to escape being dependent on Comcast hardware and there terrible support, I purchased a Netgear High Seed Docsis 3 cable modem and this Netgear router to take advantage of my 105MBs internet connection on the wireless portion of my network (not to mention the hassle of turning off the hidden "Comcast Public Hotspot" their router creates. There are lots of setting for remote access, VLAN, etc. The downside is no interface to directly configure the firewall-

Nighthawk X6

In order to turn off the provider WiFi (and on our case also the Comcast/Xfinity WiFi Hot spot), you must first contact your provider and instruct them to put their Router/Voice/WiFi device into "Bridge Mode." Only then will your own router function properly.

Details please?
December 15, 2015
Does this system properly detect and play surround from all HDMI input devices such as Blu-Ray players, game consoles etc without need for use of separate digital audio connections? (SPDIF) This detail is very important!
Thanks for any response!

Digital audio inputs?
December 15, 2015
Our Cable is Comcast/Xfinity and it requires both HDMI and a digital audio input (SPDIF) in order for the surround sound to be properly detected/decoded, Does this system have any digital audio input? (SPDIF) Also does it properly detect and play surround from all other HDMI connected devices such as game consoles blu-ray players etc?

Sweet sound bar
By kaytorama
Was shopping for a while to find just the right setup for my parents new tv theater system. We had an older Sony home theater in a box and it was clunky and outdated. So we decided to get a more clean and streamlined look. The sound is fantastic! The sound bar is petite and clean looking, the move from 2.1 to 3.1 channel helped to add more center and clear voice, and the wireless subwoofer is great because you can put it elsewhere in the room tucked away. This sound bar was on sale with a bonus which was the set of wireless rear speakers setup for free. Then connected easily and add to the surround and overall sound but don't need connected to the sound bar with a wire BUT still are wired to the wireless receiver they come with.

Wireless Subwoofer
September 11, 2016
Just wanted to clarify, if the Wireless Subwoofer is connected in the rear of the room, you're sayng the rear satellite speakers still have to be connected to it via wires?

Stay connected while on the go using this T-Mobile Prepaid LG Nexus 5 LG D820 cell phone, which features Wi-Fi capability and 4G LTE speed for easy access to social networks, Web content and more. The 5" touch screen offers clear, detailed visuals.

How does this differ from the Google Play Devices version?

Does this have any TMobile-specific changes to the installed Android OS/Apps, or is it a pristine "Google Play" version?
Any phone labelled with a specific carrier will have that carrier's bloatware/utilities included.

our cable co went all digital now each channel is on twice how to stop

You gave far too few details for an accurate response but I'll take a stab at it. If the cable company is like Comcast/Xfinity and the channels have differing numbers such as for example TOOND on both 227 and 861 then no you cannot prevent it from showing 2 channels for each. If however it's showing for example 1/1 2/2 3/3 and so on you've either found an odd way to hookup/configure the set with the box or the TV is defective. (the latter is doubtful). It's been 6 days, have you found the problem already?

I am in the market for a lower priced laptop that has a CD player. My question is from someone not that computer savvy....does the laptop automatically come with Wi Fi or is there other equipment needed?
All new models include wifi built in.

what kind of antenna do I need?

I bought a new HD tv and have an old round nondirectional tv antenna. My reception is very poor. I cannot get local tv stations but I should be getting about 10. I don't really care if they are in HD or not. What should I do to get good over the air reception?
Unfortunately the new digital broadcast signals are extremely line of sight dependent! If there are obstacles between you and the tower it can mean major problems. It's sadly not the improvement we were led to believe. I'd suggest the best external antenna you can afford as high as you can get it and forget the set top options. btw it just needs to do both VHF and UHF and combine them to your one cable attachment. It need not be a special digital antenna.
