I purchased these headphones for my son in-laws Christmas gift. He opened them up and they did not work. Very disappointing. Then he returned t hem to the store and they credited my account and did not offer him a gift card instead. He asked the clerk about it and she was very rude and refused to help him. Therefore, he was embarrassed and my daughter told me about it so I wrote him a check. He purchased working headphones from a different store.
