I bought this VR base on the reviews that people leave here but this time didn't work for me, first let me say that the VR feels good on every aspect, to watch videos on VR I will recommended, but the reason that I am giving 1 star is because went you are trying to play a game the VR has a click button that will touch the screen of the cell phone (in this case I was using an iPhone 7+ and an iPod 5th generation) so that way you will interact with the game but unfortunately that didn't work, I took it back to Best Buy to return the product and found out that the return policy is only 15 days, not 30 days like it just to be, well that's my fault for not looking the receipt, and because this was a birthday present I couldn't returned sooner, well in Best Buy they told me that this product comes with 1 year warranty that I should contact the manufacturer, so I tried to get a contact number a email or something but there's no way that you can get someone to help me, so now I'm stuck with this thing with a full year warranty but no one to help, so if you want to save some money and frustration and not wasting any time, DO NOT BOTHER ON BUY THIS THING

I'm not an expert on laptops but so far this one is been great for me, super fast, enough memory on ram and SSD AND HDD both hard drives included this laptop turn on and is ready to use it, I had an old Sony vaio running windows 7 and so far I love that laptop but finally give up, went I started looking for one I decided to go for an hp Star Wars edition but I have a lot of trouble I replaced it with this one and can't be more happy
