This is by far one of the best vacuum's I have ever seen or used!! Its beautiful in design, so light weight, compact! We purchased this after my husband started having really bad nose bleeds due to cat allergies (and we have 2 cats!). I had literally just vacuumed with our old vacuum, and then used this one. It was GROSS - the amount of hair and dust that this vacuum picked up after I had literally JUST used the other vacuum was amazing!
As for lightweight - my mother has a really bad back and she cannot lift really anything. Because of this, she hasn't had the opportunity to vacuum often (theirs was very heavy). When we purchased this she tried it and she actually enjoys vacuuming again. Even my dad (who never does cleaning) enjoyes vacuuming!!
