it is definitely a great washer. so many options to choose from as far as temp. water, speed, type of clothing, delay washing and etc... only negative i would have to say about this washer is that since it's a top loader and for someone like me who is 5ft1inch, it's hard to reach the bottom of it to grab finished clothes:( other than that, it's great
