You have two of some of the best franchises around that have had a long and prolific history in video games combine to create a unique and welcoming new Monster Hunter game that is great for all ages. Monster Hunter has always had a bit of a learning curve to it, and while I maintain it's worth it to stick with it because once it clicks it's hard to put down, it can definitely be off-putting at first. Monster Hunter Stories takes the universe of Monster Hunter, makes it cute, and implements a Pokémon monster-catching/taming and progression system that is refreshing and wonderful to see in the Monster Hunter universe. Whether you're a fan of one or the other or both franchises, this game is a must have for the already impressive 3DS library.

Products like this typically have one job, and if they can't do that well and they should be defected and taken off shelves. That being said, for something like compressed air, your job is to literally just shoot air out of the nozzle to help clean various cracks and surfaces to rid of any dust, debris, or whatever. You get two solid cans for the price of one that most other brands would have at the same price (or more), and they get the job done efficiently.

Fire Emblem Warriors takes Omega Force's perfected Warriors-crafted gameplay and puts a Fire Emblem skin on top of it. While I don't think it's at the scale or quality of Hyrule Warriors, Fire Emblem Warriors holds its own by implementing tons of mechanics from the Fire Emblem series while keeping it fresh and inventive with Warriors combat. It's a perfect mix that complements the Fire Emblem series and should make it a must-play for fans while also remaining welcoming to newcomers for both Fire Emblem and the Warriors style of gameplay.

Mirror's Edge Catalyst is the sequel to one of the most unique games in the last generation, Mirror's Edge, and takes the parkour mechanics of that and evolves that into a brand new and revolutionary title worth playing. Nothing looks or feels like Mirror's Edge - the gameplay is fluid, the story is fantastic, and the overhaul they've done makes this the Mirror's Edge it always deserved to be. Here's to hoping we get more from this seminal series in the future.

Sometimes a series, no matter how beloved, will end up seeing a few entries not seen in the west when they either don't typically sell too well or never find their niche. It's a tough market to penetrate for Japanese developers when everyone is, for some reason, content with yearly installments of the same games that could easily be patched with new content instead of having brainwashed consumers re-buy the game they've played over and over again only under a new subtitle. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness sees Square Enix giving another shot for the series by localizing one of the longest running RPGs to take players on a new adventure in the Star Ocean universe. Those looking to invest some time into a JRPG that does things a little differently will find a lot to appreciate with Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, and will find themselves quickly invested into the story and brand new mechanics implemented into the new entry. Since it's been out for a while now, for sub-$20, you're looking at a game well worth the time and wonderment for the price being paid.
