Lots of storage for not a lot of money

Using my $20 rewardzone coupon I was able to bring this home for just over $5. Great value IMO. There's plenty of storage for everyday use. I would not recommend this type of drive be used for sharing. It can be easily lost. This type of drive should mainly be used as a sort of permanent fixture to a computer or smart TV rather than a transport device. Overall, I would still recommend this drive.
What's great about it: small and plenty of storage
What's not so great: easy to lose

An excellent Pre-Black Friday deal

This was a great Pre-Black Friday deal. I was debating between this brand and the LG. It appeared to have identical feature. What made the scale tip toward Samsung was the Pre-BF price. So far it's an easy to use product. I like the end of cycle chime. Sanitize feature is a bonus especially when you have kids.
What's great about it: Sanitize feature
What's not so great: smudges on stainless steel door

This was an excellent Pre-Black Friday deal. I was going back and forth between the Samsung and LG brand. They appear to have identical features. What sold me was the price the Wednesday before BF. Initially I thought there was a problem because at the end of a dryer cycle (manual mode) the unit continually spun a few seconds and beeped. When we opened the door that stopped. Finally I figured it out. It was the Wrinkle Free setting that was causing this behavior. Once I disable the feature the dryer stopped when it was supposed to.
What's great about it: Sanitize feature
What's not so great: smudges on stainless steel door
I would recommend this to a friend!

It works for me. I was told the by the installation guy that this is a good kit and to not move around the dryer cause it would be very difficult to put the steel duct back. I suspect this is due to the steel tape that was used.

Was a stainless steel hose really needed? I am not sure. I have spoken to others that indicated to me that a rubber version would have been sufficient. I have heard arguments go both ways. Based on the confusing info I would have to say that the bang for buck will reveal itself within the next 2-4 years.

Working as designed

I ordered one for each the washer and dryer. One of the two arrive defective. Each unit has four clasp that "hold onto" the dryer or washer. These are made of plastic and brand new out of the box one had a broken clasp. The delivery folks showed me the problem. They took care of ordering a new replacement. Best Buy Geek Squad called to schedule for service two days later. Now that is customer service excellence!
What's great about it: Lifts washer and dryer to a more comfortable level
