If you want a companion piece to Jaws, The Deep is a fine choice. Also penned by Peter Benchley and starring Robert Shaw, there's plenty of breathtaking underwater photography. Nick Nolte is great in his leading man role, and Jaqueline Bisset is stunning and sympathetic as the wife drawn into the deep water adventure. Picture quality is remarkable for the film's age. A fine transfer of a quality catalogue title. Recommended.

You Must Own This Sci Fi Gem!

Largely ignored upon its theatrical release, Live Die Repeat is one of those sleeper titles that grew in popularity in the home video department. If you're a Tom Cruise detractor, don't worry; he is perfect in the role of military deserter who is forced to live an alien war over and over. The 3D is spectacular, almost demo-level worthy. Highly recommended as a must-own title.

Soulful and Epic Re-Imagining

The DC Cinematic Universe got off to a fine start with Man of Steel. The 3D is decent, but not demo-standard. What you have is a fine modernization of the classic Superman myth, with a modern take on Super-powered destruction and its consequences. This Superman focuses more on the Alien aspects of the Super Kryptonians. Henry Cavill provides a soulful performance as the Man of Steel. Definitely worth owning.

This film was meant for 3D, and Best Buy has it at a great price. It's one of the titles I would recommend for showing off your 3D system. It's also a compelling and dramatic space film. It's a title that should be in everyone's collection.

Give this one a chance! It's far more fun and enjoyable than you may have heard. The 3D is solid, and it's much more fun than any of the prior DC Universe movies. The characters are likable, and the action is decent. Thank goodness for Best Buy continuing to carry 3D titles in the United States.

What a snapshot of an 80s childhood! This film could have been a colossal mess, but instead, Director Richard Donner captured lightning in a bottle. Truly likeable kids on a Spielbergian pirate adventure plays like a modern throwback to the Little Rascals. A modern classic if ever there was one. Still holds up because of its timeless appeal and gusto.

This film has an energy that is infectious. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but the whole family enjoyed it. It's got just the right mix of over the top action and creepiness, with a balance of humor. A nice throwback to spooky kid-friendly horror films of previous decades.

The ultimate guilty pleasure. Showgirls is '90s over the top cinema at its best. Sure, it's been accused of being misogynistic, but it's also pretty hard to take this trainwreck seriously. The acting is atrocious, and it tries so hard to be sexy, that it for the most part backfires. Still, that doesn't take away from a bad movie that is so bad, it's good. Watch with some friends and have a night of laughs.

Italians Did It Best

Everything about this Giallo film is first rate. From the cinematography to the script, to the score... It really holds up even today. It's a marvelous whodunnit with the flair typical of Italian horror cinema of the period. It must also be mentioned that the women in Torso are some of the most beautiful ever to captured on film. Highly recommended.
