I purchased an open box dryer. When it arrived, they installed it and then ran it to test it. The dryer would not get hot. He waited about 15 minutes, trying different settings, and still no heat. I refused delivery and the installers swapped back my old dryer without complaint. They were diligent, thoughtful, and had good service.

WHICH BOSE PC SPEAKERS?
Would you recommend these $250 Bose Companion 20 Multimedia Speaker over Bose $100 speakers (Bose Companion 2 Series III Multimedia Speakers)?
I have been really happy with the quality of the Companion 2. Unless you expect to be using the speakers for your primary sound system, I don't think the extra cost is worth it.
