I purchased this item for my daughter and I. I put this item together and put the water. Then in the morning I saw water was everywhere. I cleaned it up and thought maybe I put it on wrong. So I read the instructions and followed them. The next morning the same thing happened.. so at this point I was not satisfied. I ended up returning it and I had no problems returning.

I got this for my son. We are a family that loves Bose products, however Bose at the time did not have a wireless head set. I read reviews and went to the store to look at these and decided to purchase these. The problem with his other ear phones was the string. Now with it being wireless, he loves them! I was extremely skeptical about going from a front loader to a top loader. I originally had a top loader for 11 yrs. My husband decided to surprise me with a front loader. In which I had this for about 3 months. I didnt like the mildew smell. So I tried different things like cleaning the machine and leaving the door open all failed to fix the problem. So this is when I decided to go back to a top loader. I went to best buy and found this set. I was skeptical about the missing agitator. I have had this set now for about 1 month, and I ABSOULTELY LOVE IT!! I have no problems with anything. I love that I can put more clothes than before and even tho it takes aliltle more time to wash, which its understandable due to more clothes. I am still happy with my purchase. Clothes come out clean and dry. It has several settings depending on what you are washing. I have yet to try the steam cycle, but Im sure it wont disappoint me. Overall this is one major purchase that I do not regret doing. I definetly will consider telling everyone to try this. Oh and by the way its supper quiet!

Did you have any problems with this item?
I had no problems with this product. Easy to use and the features are perfect. I can switch from talking on the phone to music with ease. This my first wireless product and I absolutely love the fit and no more wires is a plus!!
