Great quality, but was faulty out of the box.

So I finally get these speakers after reading all of the great reviews about them and as soon as I get it all set up one of the speaker inputs on the subwoofer is faulty. I could wiggle the speaker wire to get it to work for a bit but no matter how I placed it it would go back out after a minute or two; this happened with either speaker too so it was definitely the input on the sub.

I just don't really understand how this happened because if someone had just taken a minute or two to test this out when in production this never would have happened. I returned them to the store and agreed for Best Buy to ship the new speakers back to that store because I thought it would be faster. I guess not though because for some reason it took just as long if not longer as it did for them to ship to my house as it did the actual store that is 15 to 20 minutes away from me where I had to drive out after work to pick them up. Best Buy would also not give me any info on how close the speakers were to being delivered to the store either for some reason. This also annoyed me quite a bit.

I have been using these speakers though and they do work great so far and I will say the quality is very good. I am really happy with the quality of the speakers just not the whole process I had to go through to get a working set. Reading all of the reviews though I guess I was just one of the unlucky ones to get put in this situation, but I definitely do not believe that anything can justify a set of broken speakers being shipped to me without apparently ever being tested...

What's great about it: Great sound from speakers and sub.

What's not so great: Returning broken speakers out of the box and waiting another week to get a working set.

I would recommend this to a friend!
