in some ways this set is better than Beats for listening. The kids haven't torn it up yet. Don't expect to borrow these for a little late night with your laptop - most all new laptops don't have headphone ports, so you would need a wireless set.

The wireless needs to be basically in the same room as the router, not on different ends of the house. Doesn't matter that everything else on the far end of the house works on the network - the printer will not see the network unless it's in line of site.
