Great Caution Required

Let me start off by saying that my review and my rating may not seem to sync up, but I will explain why. These cards are nice, convenient, and a good gift idea for someone who you're not sure what to actually get them. However, great caution needs to be exercised when using them. Make 100% sure that you are applying them to the right account when you redeem them. My brother has his account on my PS4 and without realizing it I accidentally applied the credits to his account instead of mine. Sony REFUSES to do anything to help you if this happens. They know it is a common occurrence, the customer service rep told me they get calls about this happening regularly, but they make no attempt at helping, or addressing the problem for future times it will surely happen. In summary, exercise with caution.
