I bought this for my granddaughter. She had a cough and was very congested. She had a hard time sleeping at night. Doctor suggested using a humidifier. Long story short I bought this for her and she was able to sleep through the night. The only reason I put 4 stars is because I wish that it would throw more steam (air) out
