Very versatile game controller. I tested and used on the following devices:

Amazon Firestick
Comes with Game Controller and 2 AA batteries. Very easy to pair with devices. Once the controller is paired with a device, you have to select the pair button to pair it to another device. If you want to use it with the first device you paired it with, you will need to remove the paired controller in your list and re-pair it.

Not the new one. It comes with a 3 ring male/male cable to connect to a phone headphone jack. I recommend burning your iPhone and getting an Android.

Does this headset work for Xbox 1?
I need a headset that works for Pc and Xbox 1 will this do it?
Yes, with the attached cable. The headset will warn you when it is turning off, I assume because it is on and not within range of the Bluetooth dongle that it pairs to. You have to tap the power button to cancel the auto shut off so 99% of the time it will be at the most convenient time and screw up that kill streak you racked up.
For a PC connection, it has the dongle you plug into the USB port and pair it. Make sure you go into your sound settings and select it as the default.

It will connect to an Android device. The VR headset should be independent of the phone device and the controller works the phone. I use it on my Samsung VR but all the headset does is project the phone screen. The controllers on the VR device control the phone through the USB connection. The controller does it through Bluetooth.
