I bought for my new iPad Air 2. Just pair as a bluetooth device, as simple as that. I have decided not to go with an iPad keyboard case because I don't need a physical keyboard when I am traveling. Thats just unnecessary weight and bulkiness. I use it when I am on my desk. Works great. Only downside, a pair of energizer batteries last 2~3 months only (used daily). Where my logitech desktop keyboard goes for more than a year!

This is a must lens that all beginner and semi-pro photographer should have. Once you see how much light it lets in and the crispiness this lens provides, you'll ask yourself "How the heck this is the most cheapest canon lens?" Optics is so good on this lens that you can almost compare it with the L lenses. You SHOULD NOT complain about the built quality and plastic mount because thats what made the lens affordable. Its the most flimsiest and slowest and loudest lens I own, yet its a lens I would carry everywhere. If it breaks or the mount wears out, I'll buy another one, I don't mind!

Just replacing a decade old APC UPS

I was using APC 1500VA UPS for probably a decade and it just died. It was supporting in-store sales server. I am very happy with APC and so I just got another one. Too bad that they don't carry more powerful UPS in-store. The max I could get was 1300VA APC or 1500VA some other brand. So I got the 1300VA for this time, should be good enough to support 2 PCs

Instant startup with Windows 8 (3 sec)

I built my HTPC 9 months ago using this SSD. This PC was built with ASRock motherboard, AMD A6300 (dual core 3.7GHz) and 4GB memory and running on Windows 8.1 operating system. As you can see I do not have a fancy processor yet my PC boots up in 3 secs or less - i think SSD takes the credit here. For the note, I use SSD only as my system volume, media files are in 4 x 4TB HDDs.
I have never used Transcend drive before but so far so good and I am happy with this SSD.

With password protection and hardware encryption, this WD My Book external hard drive allows you to protect and privatize your stored documents. The 4TB capacity delivers ample space for videos, photos, music and other files.
Can I use as a mirror (image) and a backup drive?
I'd like to use this to create both an image or mirror of my system in case of crash, but also use for creating an incremental backup. Is that possible?
In short, YES!
In long, if you are using Mac, just format to OSX Journal not case sensitive type and use it as time machine. I would use 'airport express' to do time machine backup wirelessly for 2 reasons, its wireless and convinient, and also because its an external hard drive with external power supply not a portable usb hard drive, so they are more delicate and should not be carried around.
For PC you can use a program of your choice - crashplan free version will do it for you, you can also back up your other computers to the same HDD using crashplan free program. You can also go wireless or NAS route if you have a NAS system or appropriate router.
