Pros: Lightweight and image quality (superb)
Cons: You can't charge the device using a USB connection. The user interface is still problematic. To use the iPad in place of a laptop, you must have a keyboard device of some sort and the available ones are pricey and/or clumsy.
Even though the iPad is lightweight, its size makes it awkward to hold and work with.

Turn the sound and your tolerance for ambiguity up before watching. Because of the dialect and the sound recording, it's not always easy to be sure what the characters are saying. Nor is the point of the film, if you are looking for a simple, straight-forward message. But the cinematography and the atmosphere it creates are superb, and the film will have you thinking about it long after the credits roll.

Easy to set up, works great, with solid output to the TV. The wi-fi streaming is a nice feature but I haven't used it yet, so can't evaluate it. As all the other reviews say, an LED on the front of the unit to show when it is on would be a plus but not worth the cost of moving up to a higher price machine.
