I went to BestBuy, showed them an Am-z-n ad for the same thing that was cheaper -- they met the price. I would recommend this power supply, our Dell runs much quieter now.

Whoever is responsible for this product should be ashamed of themselves. This is an example of the bare minimum -- the roller brush does not have an "off". so if you use the hose feature, you have to make sure the vacuum is not destroying the carpet. It is so obvious this is the cheapest way they could make this vacuum -- even the on/off switch is located on the main body section, not hear the handle.
