The crew did a great job removing our old washer, which I had partially disassembled, from our 2nd floor and replaced the broken drain pan, my fault, with a new one I had already purchased.

I was required to purchase this item when I ordered the washer. When the installers put in the washer they used the existing hoses that were better quality. I never received a refund for the unused hoses.
