Could use some design improvement

The new dishwasher runs quietly and cleans well. The main issue is the little rubber black flap that hangs down the front. The installer didn't know what to do with it and left it hanging. The installation guide doesn't show what to do with it. We had a Geek Squad guy come later, and he tucked it in. However, within 2 days it came out again. We had a 2nd Geek Squad guy come out, and he used a screw to try to anchor it up so it wasn't viewable. However, again within 2 days it came out again and still hangs there. It looks like a piece of black metal or plastic that someone kicked in. Samsung didn't design that piece well.

Easy transition to new oven

We switched from electric to gas with this Samsung oven. We had someone come out and put the gas line in ahead of time, which made the install pretty easy. We forgot, however, to have someone put in a regular power outlet (rather than the higher voltage one that was already there). Thus, we had to have someone come back and put a new outlet in a week later. However, that was our fault for not realizing we needed to have that done.
