I was wonder that this washer can wash king size comforter if not what size should I looking for?
It definitely would. I've washed a whole king size bedding set including duvet, sheets, and six pillow cases.

Steam feature
Is this a true steam washer? Is it a mist or a spray? What is the temperature of the steam the washer generates?
Unfortunately this is a spray steam. LG has a true steam feature. However, this does not require you to add water which is a plus.

I only need 13" of ducting to reach my wall vent. Can the 23" to 8' semi-rigid ducting be cut down to fit?
yes, i cut mine way down so that its just a straight shot out of the vent.
