I have enjoyed using this so far. I did buy smaller ear pieces from Plantronics for my small inner ear area. It has cut out a time a two and disconnects for no reason at times then reconnects on it's own. Won't operate my book app - stop and start the audio book. I must control that from my phone.

This micro works great for us. Lots of power. Hasn't blown my breaker like my last micro did on a regular basis. Just wish the interior light was brighter so I could see if anything is boiling over. Also the 30 second button isn't useable when the 1-6 minute buttons are used.

is this an otr or a countertop
This is a counter top model. The manual states you can purchase a frame to mount in a cabinet, which would make it built in.
