Overpriced. Doesn't autodry as I would expect. more often that not it over dries and ruins clothes. Sometimes its too wet and sometimes it's too dry. The steam feature does not work well. It does not come out wrinkle free and it uses too much bottle water. basically you have to refill it everytime if you want to use the steam feature that does not remove wrinkles from your clothes. Positive note, it is fairly quiet. No real wifi ability as well. NFC and you just connect to the phone, you cannot control it or get updates when cycle is done.

good but pricey

I have been using this for 2 months. I like the speed wash, it's good if you want to do a quick wash if your clothes wasn't that dirty to freshen up your clothes without beating them up too much. These things are a bit pricey. I like the 10 year warranty on the motor because that is the most expensive repair cost. I thought i could control the washer using my phone or have it update, but the wifi feature is only to add a few more wash cycles which are unecessary. Normal wash, heavy wash, and speed wash along with custom wash cycles are enough. The added denim wash or beach wear wash are ... eh. 4 stars for it being pricey without blowing me away with it's washing ability and the wifi features.

Regarding shoes
F.Y.I, I have the matching washer as well! I would like to have my sneakers cleaned, the installer told me that the rack I was given for the dryer could be used to steam clean shoes. Could you tell me how to complete the task?
You just set your shoe on the included drying rack so the shoe does not spin. The dry itself still spins but the rack keeps the shoes from not tumbling and the hot air is what dries it.
