Movie quality
Hello - I was watching a movie on this monitor...It was in 1080 and I was totally unhappy with the amount of squares I could see in the dark areas of the picture. In other words, when there were supposed to be dark areas in the movie, I could see squares of color, not pure black. I tried messing with the contrast/brightness but still this happened. I paused the exact scene on my old iMac and the black was pure and the picture looked much nicer/deeper. Any ideas? Is this just the LCD technology?
