Does this tv have Rca ports? I would need to hookup my satellite box thru Rca ports. I have coax from the wall to dtv box

do ethernet ports work even when wireless modem is turned off
to reduce exposure we turn off wireless modem when not in use. Would the Ethernet ports still be on?
If you unplug the router or otherwise cut power, then no, the ports wont work either.
