Not good for weak hands

Nice case but requires strong hands and fingers to operate the push buttons. If you have any physical conditions that weaken your hands and/or fingers you can't push them hard enough to engage the command, for example, on/off button, volume button.

Good control if programed properly

I hired Geek Squad to program this unit in my home. Big mistake. They did not advise me that with my new Smart TV I would get better and faster service watching movies, ie Netflix thru the TV direct so they programed the remote to go thru my Sony Blue Ray resulting in slower download and inferior picture quality. They want another $99.00 to re-program!
