So yes, it is well built and looks great. Yes, the OS is good but this is basically a hinge enabled iPad.
Spend a few minutes walking over to the Windows section. You'll get a more powerful computer and an OS that is just as stable. In all likelihood you'll be able to buy a nicer computer or some more reasonably priced accessories.

The pen input is not as refined as a Surface Pro or Lenovo devices. If you need to draw with your 2-n-1 the Spectre isn't a top 5 device.

Well designed and improved from previous versions. The separated keys have much better travel leading to less time getting used to typing. Especially helpful if you use the Surface Pro with a full blown keyboard and then go portable. The larger touchpad is great, gestures are more of a breeze and oddly enough it gets in my "way" less than the smaller one.
