Low quality- purchase a different model vent kit

Was told this was needed for install- when installers arrived they wouldn't install this due to the dryer I purchased was a gas model- sad to have had to pay for an install and not get it installed- they didn't hook up dryer gas line or this vent kit- very misleading and an expensive mistake, don't fall for this trick

This gas line is required for successful hook-up of your new dryer in your home. Our delivery personnel will determine what type of gas line is needed based on your local housing code.

Warning if you buy a gas appliance at best buy think twice before shelling out for the install package as they will not install it- they drop it off and expect you to hook it up. This purchase of the gas line was misleading- at store they told me I needed it for the install and then the installers refused to install- I would have kept my previous copper line had I known I'd be hooking it up- thanks for swindling me on the install and the addition of this unnecessary line.

Seems alright overall although still adjusting to the minimal amount of water- I like the environmental aspect just not sure the clothes get an adequate amount to clean and rinse thoroughly- even with the selector on the deep water choice the clothes are never fully immersed-even with small load. A little noisier than I anticipated. washes lightly soiled loads well- haven't tried on heavily soiled as of yet- hope the reliability issues others reference have been fixed

Decent performance reasonably quiet
However there was an issue at install- I paid for delivery and install but when they arrived they said they can only deliver not install since it is a gas model- no one told me of this in the store at time of purchase- just a "tough luck -deal with it" attitude- horribly misleading and horrible service
