Wrinkles and dampness

I'm really disappointed in this dryer. I find that my loads come out either wrinkled or damp or both. I bought this model for largeness to do king size bedspreads and they just roll into an oblong ball and come out partially damp and wrinkled. Even when I put a few items in the cycle to reduce wrinkles after I dry them they come out wrinkled.
For the cost and supposed features I should love this dryer. :(

Use a washer you can trust. This Samsung appliance is gentle on clothes and tough on dirt, stains and bacteria. Plus, it has the room and speed to get more laundry done in less time.

Great for large loads except...

I love the large capacity and that I can easily to do big loads. The cycle choices are great and I have already used the small door to add an item.
I do have an issue. My motivator to buy this larger washer was to clean king size sheets, blankets & comforters but I found that the washer and matching dryer rolls them up into an oblong ball. I fear the washer isn't getting them fully clean and the dryer definitely isn't drying evenly and this happens every time I wash these large items.
