This product definitely gets into your neck and loosens up the muscles. The rotation is great but it consists of two nubs. I wish the pressure points were wider to cover more of the neck but this works great as it is.

I've read mixed reviews on these but so far they've been great. I wear them casually and while flying, usually a couple times a week. Battery life is amazing.
