Okay monitor but some improvements needed

The monitor works okay and has a clear, vibrant, display. However, for some reason they do not include an HDMI cable with it, just cables and adapters to older technology. Another trip to the store for a cable before you can use it. In contrast, the HP monitor of identical size I recently purchased came with an HDMI cable. My other complaint (common with many monitors) is the on/off button is not prominent and the controls for the monitor are an array of buttons with no clear way of controls. Neither are directions provided for the monitor controls.

Nice quiet computer

In contrast to some of the negative reviews, I had no problem connecting and getting it running in a few minutes. It is quieter than previous desktop computers by a long shot. It comes with wireless keyboard and mouse, both of which I like and that work well. By default it puts your documents and pictures on the solid state drive - filling it rapidly if you have a lot of files. You need to change the options to put those items on the hard disk. I assume they are trying to encourage people to use and pay for "cloud" storage. The USB slots on top of the computer are not that convenient but it is not a big deal. The DVD drive is hidden behind the long vertical door in the front. There are two HDMI ports for monitors. All-in-all I am pleased with it and recently bought a second identical computer to replace a crashed 6-yr old machine.

The tablet works okay - using it with Photoshop. However, they could improve the experience by including summary documentation on how to use and configure the tablet. Or to provide specific information on each model on their website. There are extra pen nibs provided with the tablet but no description on how or why to change them. There are so many models listed on their registration website it seems to indicate they change models every 6 months or so. This tablet's name as printed on the box was not even listed. This pen has an "eraser" on one end - not sure that is really useful considering how easy it is to change to an eraser in Photoshop.

I have switched to this software from AVG and Kaspersky since it has an easier interface and works faster. Kaspersky has the unfortunate habit of occasionally stopping the entire internet communication. It needs to be uninstalled and re-installed to return it to normal.
