This HP laptop is all that it was advertised to be. Sleek, fast and a real business tool. Not sure I will take advantage of the 4K screen resolution (I use the laptop for my law practice) but it is nice to have the clarity. I might have gotten by with the 13" screen model but I wanted the 15.6" screen model because it has a dedicated video card. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

I got this for free when I purchased a laptop on November last year. I haven't used it at all and I just tried to activate the code on the website, but the license code is expired. Am I not able to use it?
Sorry, I cannot answer your question about the expired code to install the Kaspersky program. I would think that you could use it but may need to ask the retailer where you bought your computer (Best Buy?) or Kaspersky directly for assistance. They should hook you up just to maintain public relations if nothing else. Good luck!

Does the earpiece tell you who is calling from list on phone ?
Mine doesn't but maybe there is a setting to pair it to the contact list in your phone. I may not have set it up to pull the names of the caller from my address book on my phone. Not sure if it can done hat you want.

If you'really asking if the ear loop can be reversed, then yes. Without the ear loop, it for sure can be used in either left or right ear.

can you pair the explorer 505 with a GPS?
Wow..don't know about pairing to a GPS device other than a smartphone with GPS which is possible (e.g., Google Maps)
