This unit comes with some lousy hose clamps that just don't do the job. You have to worry about over-tightening so you don't damage the fittings, but it is easily too loose and just falls off. Find a better way.

Can this hose be connected to another if I need a hose longer than 8 feet?
If my dryer hose needs to be longer than 8 feet can I connect this hose to another one?
No. You will need to purchase a male x male adapter as the hose is female connections on both ends.
