I purchased this Cloud Atlas Blu-ray at my local Best Buy as a gift for my brother. I thought it was a real bargain at $5.99 for Blu-ray + DVD + Ultraviolet Digital HD. Well, not so much. When my brother open the gift it was embarrassing to find that it was only a Blu-Ray disc by itself. No DVD or Ultraviolet digital HD code. I then tried using Vudu "Disc to Digital" by loading the disc into my computer's Blu-ray dive only to find out that this particular Blu-ray version of Cloud Atlas is not recognizable with the "VUDU To Go" software.
It was a bummer all around.
If you're looking to buy only the Blu-ray version of Cloud Atlas by itself, then this is the item for you. If you're expecting the Blu- ray + DVD + Digital HD as advertised, then you're going to want to look somewhere else!

I loved this Iron Man origins film when it first came to the big screen in 2008. Shortly there after I purchased the special edition DVD set and enjoyed watching it many times!
Years later when it was released on Blu-ray, I held off making the purchase because Marvel/Disney did not incude a digital copy with the Blu-ray Disc even though at that time it was common practice amongst studios to include digital copies with their Blu-ray and DVD discs.
Now in 2017 the Iron Man Blu-ray disc finally comes with a HD digital copy. And now it is accessible on virtually every electronic device by redeeming the digital code using the new "Movies Anywhere" app.
This app allows you to stream and/or download the film on virtually every imaginable device including: Mac, PC, iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Android tablets and phones, Sony PlayStation and Roku. It does this by allowing you to link your Vudu, iTunes, Amazon Video and Google Play accounts. This new system takes a giant leap towards providing consumers the ability to purchase one digital copy of their favorite films and provide access to that copy by allowing it to freely migrate between digital retailer accounts and personal electronic apps and devices. Not every studio is currently part of this program, but Disney is, so I can watch my HD version of Iron Man on my Mac or PC, or on my Samsung tablet using Vudu, or even on my iPhone using iTunes!
The customer service at my local Best Buy is always exemplary. The reason I only gave this purchase four out of five stars is because of the relatively high $20 price tag for a Blu-ray Disc of a film that is almost 10 years old. I freely acknowledge that Disney has the right to charge whatever price they want for their products, but I also have the right to not be entirely pleased about it.
With that said, I'm very happy with this purchase. :)
