Give This Device Time...It Is Worth It

A great device as it has reduced my pain a lot. Initially, I was skeptical, but with Best Buy's return policy and Quell's return policy, I figure it was worth the Gamble. Let's just say, that 4 weeks of consistent use I am glad I have purchased the device. Am I pain-free? No, but I feel much better, and both my physical therapist and doctor agrees it was a good purchase.
My only complaint is the electrodes, which will wear out, but that is to be expected when working on our bodies.

What is the length of the straps? I have bigger calves and was wondering if the straps would fit me.
The straps should fit you. The electrodes are set in their flexibility, but the strap that holds the device and that covers the electrodes wraps around my calf 1.5 times. I am 5'9 and in the military so I don't have small calves, but I have average ones. So, it should work. If not, Best Buy does a 14 day return and Quell does a 60 day return.
