Its been raining here every afternoon for the past month.
So I sat down to watch this "Tale of Tales".
I liked it, somewhere between Hans Christian Anderson and the Brothers Grimm.
Fairytales based on ancient Far Eastern children's stories?

It is rare that I can NOT remember the end of a movie.
This is one of those rare cases.
I have watched this one over five times and I still cannot remember the ending.
Perhaps it is because of the acrobatics. But more so because of the mechanics on display through out this video.
During this time period the engineering that would have been required too make the wooden gears for the elevator or diving platforms was not only possible but very well designed and defined. I half expected the mechanics to be those from a different time. They were not.
Everything worked well.
This is a feast for your eyes and your imagination,
Popcorn, Soda and maybe a friend to watch it with would be nice.

This was not at all what I / We had expected.
The movie was excellent, the acting was Superb.
I would not let young children or ANYONE who is going through the stages of loss or grieving watch this alone.
This is the first time Sigourney Weaver has created a character, whom I did NOT like.
That show how good an actress she really is.

The perspective of everything being shot from my eyes had me wanting to turn my head and look in another direction but the movie wouldn't go there.

I have a BIG problem with this one.
The movie and the Story line are EXCELLENT.
The Audio track leaves a great deal to be desired.
With the volume set at "27" we can hear the dialog but All of the secondary (background) noises, effects noises are deafening.
With the volume set at "22" we can't hear the dialog but; All of the secondary (background) noises, effect ts noises are tolerable.
I set the disc up in (3) three different systems, using all (3) of the audio setting on the disc. (That is a total of (9) nine attempts.
The 3D theater system setup was the best setup all the way around.
Watch this with the volume remote in your hand.
It's LOUD... Huh What?

This collection takes me back to a time when I had just begun my search for the "Fountain of Middle Age".
I had forgotten how many "Celebrities" had made appearances in this Series:
Angela Bassett, (London Has Fallen);
Richard Belzer, (Law & Order S.V.U.);
David Cassidy, (The Partridge Family);
Bryan Cranston, (Breaking Bad, Trumbo);
Mark Hamill, (Star Wars); and
Billy Mummy, (The Munster's)
All of these and so many more who started way back when; that makes this series worth watching.
Made back when Super Hero's, looked like SUPER HERO'S (Beefy).
Not anorexic, like a breeze might blow them away.
I really enjoy spotting the "future" mistakes.

This is a modern day look through the looking glass.
Time and Space are folded like sections of one of those closet door we used to have hanging in the basement. Einstein's theory as a visual effect.
If you relax and enjoy the premise of the movie the theory plays out.
The visual effects are a fest for the eyes. I've watched three times so far and every time I notice something different and amazing.
I have added it to my library, and anticipate that this is only the first in a series of Dr. Strange movies.
Popcorn, remote and somebody to watch it with.

This movie follows along the path of The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons.
It is feast for the eyes and the mind.
I have listened to the book (on disc). Then watched the video.
The visuals really come into play if you watch with the sound turned down low or even off.
This is truly a stepping off point on an adventure too get you lost in their world for a few hours.
All those places built hundreds and thousands of years ago, still standing today. Both beauty and craftsmanship. All done without electricity. Recorded now in a story (fact or fiction) one version of making fact and fantasy fit the existing remains of a time long since past. The story line continues.
After you watch it the first time; then watch it again, only do it quietly with the sound off and see where it takes you (in your minds eye).
Very glad we added it too our collection.

Nav System for a Hyundai Elantra 2013
I am interested in having an aftermarket Bluetooth/Navigation in dash system installed. I want it to have multiple features if possible. I would like for it to communicate with my steering wheel controls, have touch screen, plays music through phone, etc. Other options that I have seen that I would like are dual screens (play music and see nav at the same time), and for it to have some kind of a hard drive (it can store songs, videos, photos, etc.)... I would like to have it be back-up camera ready as I would also like to have one installed.
So, which Nav system would fit my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS. And which back-up camera would be the best fit for this system?

I tried the overhead unit it in my Hyundai.
That is why I purchased this Garmin.
I Wish this was the new model that you just talk too.
It works just great and I can bring mine in to update it on the computer.
The other on in the Hyundai. doesn't hook-up well because it is so hard to get it thru the front door.
