My choices are Griffin first, Targus second, and this one the Rocketfish third. Takes a bit more pressure to work. But it was on sale so I bought a couple to have extras in various locations.
What's great about it: sale price
What's not so great: not as good as Griffin and Targus

I have been disappointed at times with my 30D. The multiple frames per second has not caught all the action shots I want and the pictures are at times flat and lacking in contrast requiring editing. The 7D is lightning fast on the multiple frames feature and the photos so far offer better contrast.
What's great about it: multiple frames
What's not so great: not light weight and limited use of back viewer screen for low angle shots unless you are on the ground
