Good sound and quality build with minor issues

I've used my X3s for about a month and I find the fit to be quite snug in the sport fit. The earphones never fall out of my ear while I'm biking or in any other physical situation. Still, even with foam tips, the earphones start to feel less comfortable after about 3-4 hours in a single period of wearing them.
The bluetooth range is disappointing imo, with the earphones disconnecting when I'm in my kitchen whilst my phone (7+) is in my room. Comparing it to the apple earphones with the W1 chip, it's a step down. And I also find that the earphones randomly disconnect for a fraction of a second, which I didn't expect for +$100 earphones.
The mySound app that you can use alongside is useful, allowing you to create a sound profile for your earphones and switch the audio channels if you listen to them in a certain orientation. My biggest grip comes with this application because if you stop using your device for a while and decide to reopen the app, it will not be able to recognize your phone. This leads to the inconvenience of resetting the earphones and having to reconnect them again. This issue has been reported many times and Jaybird has yet to fix this issue. It is quite irritating that the app cannot keep track of earphones for multiple uses.
