I bought this to replace my now dead shredder and this one works so much better and shreds paper in much smaller pieces. The old one was hard to fit paper into the slot but this one is much easier. It is also very quiet compared to the older one. This one is a bit higher priced but is worth it due to capacity alone.

Awesome extension for my Tivo Bolt

After having an antiquated cable box dvr downstairs I decided I would streamline and save money and finally rid myself of cable fees. I've owned Tivo for years on the upstairs tv but somehow never made the switch in the main theater ( I know, go figure, right?) and I am 100% happy I made the choice, not only do I now have a new Bolt in the theater I can use this device to mirror everything the Bolt does.
The great thing is I now save $15 a month but the best thing is Its a Tivo, I have two more tuners so there is no conflict in recordings and I can view what I've recorded either up or down, also I can see what is on or recording without firing up the theater.
Run don't walk to get a Bolt and Mini, best decision ive made in a long time.

Awesome sounding speaker system

There are not many really great speakers systems for computers but these are one of the best, really great, forward sounding speakers with a powerful sub. The only two caveats are you cannot turn off these completely but they do go into a "sleep" mode and I bought these to replace an existing Pro Media system where the right speaker ( the one with volume and subwoofer controls) failed within a year or so. Definitely get the replacement warranty.

My wife and I are not the biggest country music fans but on a lark I bought two tickets for Keith Urban ' s Raise Em Up Tour and had the time of our lives. Keith can really play the guitar so I bought this disc after the show. Every song is great, especially Cop Car and Good Thing. Even if you are not a fan of country music in general you will love Fuse, lots of up tempo guitar driven songs, highly recommended!

Can you use this with older TV's?
Some of my older TV's do not have HDMI connecting capability. Can you use the mini on older devices that still only have RCA connections?
No, you can also use component or moCa, which is essentially the round cable jack but all tivos must be connected this way.
Also a wired Ethernet connection is required because there is no wireless option.

Charter only supports two of the four tuners in my Bolt. How would that affect a TiVo Mini if I buy one?
the mini supports all four tuners on my Charter so you may need to get a new cable card, but if you can only do tuners, you will only have one tuner for the regular TiVo and one for the mini because it "borrows" a tuner from the main TiVo.
