This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Love the built in sink! I use it a lot more then I thought I would. It works really well. It seams to use a little more water then our front load, but not enough to be concerned with. I also end up washing less loads because of the 4.8 cu. ft. drum. The capacity is perfect for large blankets and comforters.

Yes some do. This model does not. We had one in our old front load model, only used it for the kids sneakers.

Does the Washer have a light inside the drum, so you can see the cloths?
I'm really disappointed with now knowing that my Washer does not have a light within the tub area, so you can see the cloths. I asked this question at the time of purchase and was told YES.
However, I don't think that is the case. My new dryer has the light, why not the washer?

I'm not sure I'd want one. Electricity and water? Not a good mix!
With a load washing you can't see through the glass top because of the Activewash basin. When you lift the top I can see just fine into the drum.

Has anyone had problems with the machine becoming unbalanced?
I've read about other Samsung models (WTW47158W and WA48H7400AW) constantly getting unbalanced to the point that some users were very frustrated. I haven't seen anyone mention that problem with this washer, but I'm wondering if that's because this is a fairly new model and there aren't as many reviews out there yet. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Not at all, When Best Buy installed the unit, they leveled it and I haven't touched it.

can I use my kitchen faucet to supply water to this machine? my apartment has little space.

I don't think you can. You would need a valve under your sink with a hose connection. Just like any other washing machine. A plumber can install a hot and cold valve with a hose connection under your sink.
